Get verified
Every installer must pass our competency assessment, assessed by our in-house team. We verify insurance and require every Heat Geek to sign our strict code of conduct, covering integrity, ethical standards and professionalism.
Get an iPad
Once verified, we'll onboard you, connect you with the Heat Geek community and send you everything you need to get started.
Start Installing
Go time. We’ll support you through your first installs, send leads direct to your iPad and help convert your own customers using the Heat Geek tools.

Who is Heat Geek?
Heat Geek was built by a heating engineer who was frustrated with the industry.
About ten years ago, Adam, our co-founder and Chief Geek, was installing gas boilers and watching the people around him cut corners. Systems sized wrong. Calculations skipped. Customers left with heating that barely worked. He thought the industry deserved better, and so did the homeowners paying for it.
So he started talking to people. Up and down the country, finding other engineers who cared the same way he did. In December 2016 he launched the Heat Geek YouTube channel to take those conversations to a bigger audience. Not to tell people the answers, but to work them out together. To test, challenge and learn.
The channel became the training courses. The courses became a badge of honour. Over 3,000 engineers have now passed them. Not because they are easy, but because they are not. The Heat Geek badge means something because it is hard to earn.
The training became a community. Installers helping each other in real time, on jobs, facing problems they hadn't seen before. It became a network of the best heating engineers in the country, and then beyond. Heat Geek trained engineers are now working across the world.
Our CEO Aadil joined when he tried to get a heat pump installed in his own home and found it nearly impossible. He had done his research. He had the budget. He still couldn't find someone he trusted. He saw what Adam had built and understood it was the right foundation. Together they built the platform that exists today.
